天津輝仁堅(jiān)持生態(tài)、健康、環(huán)保的理念，將農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展與旅游觀光緊密結(jié)合、一二三產(chǎn)聯(lián)動(dòng)進(jìn)行鄉(xiāng)村旅游觀光牧場(chǎng)的整體規(guī)劃。旅游觀光牧場(chǎng)堅(jiān)持智慧發(fā)展的建設(shè)原則，因地制宜、體現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村特色，推行互動(dòng)經(jīng)營(yíng)理念。通過旅游觀光牧場(chǎng)自身的節(jié)能、環(huán)保循環(huán)反哺當(dāng)?shù)剜l(xiāng)村的生態(tài)環(huán)境，實(shí)現(xiàn)美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)、打造青山綠水的中國(guó)夢(mèng)。
畜禽糞水及鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)污水的循環(huán)治理是打造美麗鄉(xiāng)村的重要環(huán)節(jié)，天津輝仁于2012年執(zhí)行世界銀行貸款在華的環(huán)保項(xiàng)目開始進(jìn)入環(huán)保領(lǐng)域，深耕于畜禽糞水、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)污水的處理及資源化利用。結(jié)合鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)實(shí)際情況、畜禽養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模、方式及不同處理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等，提供“四合一模式”的綜合治理方案，實(shí)行種養(yǎng)結(jié)合，實(shí)現(xiàn)糞肥還田、種植與養(yǎng)殖有機(jī)結(jié)合的生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。
天津輝仁現(xiàn)有員工70余人，匯聚了以色列、丹麥、新西蘭、美國(guó)等國(guó)外眾多行業(yè)專家以及國(guó)內(nèi)重點(diǎn)院校學(xué)者的技術(shù)權(quán)威團(tuán)隊(duì)。目前已為飛鶴乳業(yè)、新希望牧場(chǎng)、寧夏中衛(wèi)沐沙集團(tuán)、山西九牛牧場(chǎng)、四川種豬場(chǎng)等大中小型牧場(chǎng)及豬場(chǎng)成功服務(wù)及項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行。

The Agri-tourism farms adhere to the construction principles of intelligent development, while integrating interactive management concepts according to the local conditions and rural characteristics, and supporting the local Rural ecological environment through energy conservation and the environmental protection cycle. The recycling and treatment of effluent of livestock and poultry farms and the sewage from villages and towns is an important link to build beautiful villages. In 2012, Tianjin Huiren carried out the World Bank loan environmental protection project in China. This project gave Tianjin Huiren the entry point into the field of environmental protection, and the development and treatment and resource utilization of these waste streams. Combined with the actual situation of the villages and towns, the scale, methods and different treatment standards of livestock and poultry breeding, Tianjin Huiren provides the comprehensive treatment scheme of "four-in-one mode", realizing the combination of planting and breeding, returning manure to the field, and achieving an ecological industrial chain with the combination of organic planting and breeding.
Tianjin Huiren currently employs more than 70 employees, including many foreign industry experts from Israel, Denmark, New Zealand, the United States, and other countries, as well as the technical authority team of scholars in key domestic colleges and universities. At present, we have successfully provided American Dairy, Inc, New Hope Group, Ningxia Zhongwei Musha Group, Shanxi Jiuniu Ranch, Sichuan Pig Farm, and other small, medium and large-scale farms and piggeries with services and project operation.
